Racing the Sun took place on Saturday, April 25 from 9:00am to 3:00pm. The competition captures the imaginations of high school students and challenges them over the course of the school year to work as a team to design and test basic engineering and science concepts to build a solar go kart.
The family friendly event was open to the public and held at the Musselman Honda Circuit at 11800 S. Harrison Road, Tucson, AZ 85747.
